Audrey Bergeson Granted Membership in SEEDS

Announcing Audrey Bergeson’s Admission to SEEDS, the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy.

Bergeson Family Law is thrilled to announce that attorney Audrey Bergeson has been admitted to the Society for Ethics for Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS). Audrey is currently the only attorney in Georgia to be a member of SEEDS

SEEDS is a nonprofit group that unites U.S. agencies to collaboratively define and uphold a robust set of ethical standards for egg donation and surrogacy programs. This is not only crucial to the professional community but also serves the general public by ensuring that third-party reproduction remains a viable and accessible family-building option.

Audrey’s membership with SEEDS underscores our firm’s dedication to ethical practices in third party reproduction. By aligning with SEEDS, we are committing to continuous education and adherence to the highest ethical standards. This affiliation reflects our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible service to our clients.
